Although winter has almost arrived, sometimes a little bit of makeup in neon tones is very interesting choice. We don't have to wear neon just in the summer, an unusually drawn eyeliner in neon tones can be a very interesting detail and contrast to some of the dark tones we are wrapped in during winter.
